The Prequel

The struggle between ‘for’ and ‘against’ is the mind’s worst disease

Dear reader, I have decided to engage you with my confessions about who I am and the adventures of my life. I came to this conclusion after many conversations with my friends here on WP. They know who they are and I send my love to you for your encouragement and support. It is time to come clean as my time is very short on this angry blue planet. I wanted to withdraw quietly like a hand removed from a tidal pool or a footstep in a pine straw-littered forest. It would be a failure on my part if I did not share what I learned in the many decades of wandering this earth.

I witnessed the great expanse of human cultures, societies, languages, and their coveted lands. I was a warrior, historian, intelligence analyst, and finally, an inventor in the measurement sciences studying the cosmos above and within the human body. I am an esotericist who is classically trained in the quantum sciences, physics, and immutable intrinsic laws of nature. I am also the Pisces love child of a young sailor in the Korean war and a girl of 18 he left behind. I was born into an aristocratic family, thanks to my father who wanted no part of it or me.

There is much to hate about me these days. I am the patriarchy, a saurian patrician, patriot, and worst of all, an old-school man of virtue. I do not falter in my belief of what a woman is and her criticality to the future of humanity. Her mind and body belong to her and the women I will tell you about soon could easily cut down a man who challenged her. Cancel me if you like. It won’t matter much in the long run. You see, we all have our part to play in the future and the future is now.

I’ve decided to tell you about my life among the African, South American, and Asian Tribes. These were assignments, not vacations. You see, the tribes of the world play a key role in helping capitalism defend against the hegemony of dictatorships and criminal enterprise. Or, so the mission briefs say. The remaining tribes on earth are soon extinct, caught between expansion into their domain by land developers, governments, and international cartels dealing in the illegal sale of all kinds of goods and services including young girls and boys snatched from their families and sent away to perform unspeakable acts. There are a few good men and women who aim to slow down the spread of the tribal demise. I was one.

Now, where to start? I suppose a little background to set the stage for what follows. Bear with me. I know backgrounds are the antithesis of good writing and better stories. I’m sure this will clarify some things you are about to learn about tribal life and why I think it is the only future open to humankind in the very near future, say, 2035 to 2050. Will you be there? I won’t.

Just after the second world war when Europe was in ruins and Russia became the Soviet Union and China became the Peoples Republic of China, Europe saw the end was near. As the Cold War and Iron Curtain solidified, Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands sponsored secret meetings in 1954 between European elites and North Americans. The original intent was to find ways to prevent another world war, which necessarily involved the intelligence community and military leaders of the free world. Prince Bernhard’s Bilderberg Group became a secret society with founding members like Henry Kissinger and Klaus Schwab. Later, Klaus Schwab founded the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 1971 in Geneva Switzerland. Members of these groups represent government, industry, economics, and academia. Bilderberg and the WEF are partners as well as many members are participants in other secret societies. They have offered us the Global One World Government and the Great Reset as the preferred future.

No matter your views on this subject, fear not. Even these global elites cannot stop the forces of humanity and nature. Not all powerful countries follow the tenets of the western elites. These outsiders have a vote and will cast it soon. We are all specially selected to be the witness to the greatest change in all of human history. We will reset back to the period of hunter-gatherers in small scattered tribes. The world’s would-be masters will vanish. Soon.

Seems a bit dramatic doesn’t it? I guess it is dramatic. Picture me the unkempt old soul with the sign downtown. The End is Near – Repent Now. No, don’t repent anything. Live your life and seek your own way through this caldron of trial by chemicals, pathogens, and fire from delusional men and the mightiest and most humbling forces of nature.

And now I bring you Tribal, the prequel to my work in progress by the same name. If you haven’t already, you can read it here -> Tribal The Story of a Future Family. The last completed chapter, Chapter 16 is available here -> Tribal Chapter 16. While you are there you can read other stories from myself and my Protege, Miss Apple Rae Trinidad. Apple is an Oracle of Hope in her own right and is working with me to establish her Eosian Tribe as their matriarch. She is making great progress. Give her a read too.

And now for the intro to my long journey into the world of tribal life.

I was getting good at the spy versus spy routine. It was easy work for anyone who read Mad Magazine in the 60’s. The cartoon, Spy vs Spy was apt and tho entertaining, quite accurate to real life. Foibles and failure were constant companions. Death was also ever-present, but I ignored it. I was young and invincible. What? Me worry?

I walked down the pathways of one of the poorest sections of this ancient city. The smell of human waste, sweat, rotting food, and eternal dampness forced me to take on an unfriendly scowl as I turned, walked, and ducked into narrow spaces. It was a city of hopeless poverty on the side of an enormous unstable clay hill. The buildings slid down the hill and the ants came out in swarms and rebuilt newer slums and the dead were left under the soil at the bottom of the ravine. Twisted old trees grew up out of the concrete anywhere a small crack was found. It looked like a concrete forest filled to the brim with people and children unsupervised to do as they pleased, which included attempts to rob me as I hurried by.

My contact who would lead me to the tribal chiefs in the central highlands lived in the slum to hide in plain sight. Law enforcement and others stayed clear, preferring to hunt in better environments. After wandering around to ensure there were no lookouts, I made my way into the dark entrance of a zig zagged narrow entrance and stopped at the door. No need to knock or announce my arrival. Hector knew I was there and his guard opened the door. an unwanted guest would die there with no escape. It was a clever trap only the wisest of combatants would recognize and avoid. For Hector and me, it worked to our advantage.

To be continued.

Thank you so much Apple. You know how much this message means to me and how we have held our hope for the success of friends and family. It’s difficult and many hours spent wondering what happens next and what to do about it. In the end, we rise and great the day. We’ll see what comes next and we will respond when we are able.

We need to, immerse ourselves, into a different culture than our own, to gain more understanding of what tolerance is, and, only through doing this, will we be able to, make this world better, otherwise, we will all be, led by our own, ignorance, our own stereotypes of those who are diverse from our selves.

I totally agree. And I want to point these things out as I go through the telling of this story. What Learned from other cultures is we are all alike in certain aspects of a greater humanity. Our cultures, societies, and environment add nuances to who we are or how we view others. It was my enlightenment to the fact that tribal societies when small in number tend to be almost childlike in innocence but masters of nature. They all seemed happy and confident, full of love and kindness to each other. The conflict arises from perceived threats and often those threats are even greater than the tribe realizes. Still, they can withstand the most harsh realities with a stoic determination to survive and always they are conscientious of the welfare of their group and work well with each other for a common goal, survival and sustainment of their customs and courtesies. When we witness this, it changes us.

I hope to take you down many paths through many doors until we stand together as witnesses to the absolute beauty of the void. The Tao or the void is not to be feared but accepted as the reward for living a life within the void and accepting the wisdom of such a life. We are the void and it is us. More to come my friend.

I agree. It is almost like millions of years and countless generations of humanity has led us to our lifetime, the only witnesses to this last and final event. What a privilege it is to be allowed to participate in the final act before the curtains are drawn on the stage of human history. Up next, Homo Voidicus

  5. Dan, I am awed by your life experiences, your insight and perceptions and knowledge. You have a brilliant mind, the most kind and generous heart, a beautiful playful spirit that is impervious to darkness. I have felt for sometime that society is moving backwards. I have commented that I can imagine a world where we will need to return to providing for ourselves in whatever way we can. Your beliefs based on what you have lived and experienced is chillingly predictable in the disintegration of global societies. I’m so grateful you are writing, you have so much to share that is enlightening and intriguing. Thank you my dear friend.

Thank you so much Rene. You are so appreciated in every way. I feel we are kindred spirits born from the same spring of ancestral humanity. I have always wondered what my purpose in life was. What assignment do I have that is waiting for fulfillment. Everything in my life was taken as a lesson of instruction to move me from my life of chaos, innocence, and naivety to a point of wisdom based on my never ceasing quest for knowledge, skill, and experience in so many ways. Having reached a point of comfort, I realized there are few people I can reach who will see the vision I have, but I must try. Mostly, I help people with their own vision who need a light to guide them. I have started an international school of mentorship for people with children or ambitions to mentor others and they have had great success. Their success is not because I can reveal all the secrets of the universe, but because I believe in them and help them believe in themselves and their children to make a difference in this ever changing world. Self reliance as a way of life is critical, not as a hobby for YouTube monetization, but for the very survival of humanity. I open by hinting that I may not be well received and I’m okay with that. For those who are interested, I have many stories to tell. Your companionship and our group of Blogoteers who get it, is essential to my effort and I am humbled by your talents and grateful you are here to do your part through your prolific and amazing poetry. 🤗

You are a light and sharing that wisdom is highly admiral and you know I am so grateful to know you and I do admire you tremendously. I am certain those who are fortunate to learn from you will find their way. Your strength is a gift that you pass on in describing how you have survived and flourished. You are my blessing Rene. A lot of the digital bread crumbs I leave as comments on various websites are dependent on the mood of a particular blog. I have several male friends I follow and we are total rascals online. I am more in my Hyperion persona and write all manner of purposefully rascal comments meant to be cynical to bemoan every theory of chaos we can generate. But, the real me doesn’t live that life. I am a man of countless principles and my guiding principle is to be kind to others and to leave no trace upon the earth. Other than that, I’m always up for a bit of fun and adventure.

We Pisces folk are like that 😉🌗🐟🐟♓️. I’m so glad you enjoy our many “astral projected adventures” I think you’ll like these next adventures coming up. They aren’t as focused on the thrill as much as the deep humanity of people and lands we don’t dream about but actually exist. The true risk or danger is the environment and the ever increasing misunderstanding along the contact points of culture and enterprise. That hopefully will not only be food for thought but stir our innate ties with nature. If I a com0lish that then I’ll consider it a success.

Working on the next chapter. It won’t be long before we get into this introduction to tribal life. To avoid imagery that can be unsettling, I won’t discuss my many failures with proper tribal fashion. Well, maybe just a hint. The different tribes are very much adornment conscious. You know exactly what group they belong to by their adornments.

It didn’t go unnoticed by me. Modern humans are full into adornments of every kind but it has been that way since we were still largely wandering around looking for giant toothy lizards to eat. There is something about us that needs to be artfully adorned.

                    2. That’s true, it’s take many forms and some seem bizarre to the western world but we also are into piercings and tattoos to express ourselves. Makeup is a form of adornment as much as tribal paintings on skin.

Exactly. If you have ever seen Islamic architectural art, it is geometry to the extreme and quite spectacular. It’s so complex, I wonder how normal humans can create such masterpieces. There is a deep cosmic relationship between God and the known universe to Islam and the artists try to represent that complexity and connectivity in their religious architectures. This is the same with tribal people. Their textiles and adornments are visual books that tell a story of the person, the tribe, and their belief system. You can identify any persons role in the tribe by their adornments once you learn the symbolic code. To me it is fascinating how and why we evolved into this intrinsic part of human life, everywhere on the planet at every level of our cultures and societies.

                    4. Every society has a story to tell, they do so with symbols. In the western world that story is expressed with statues and extravagant architecture and political institutions. I imagine Tribes also express various relevant aspects of their core beliefs thru adornments as you mentioned previously, purely guessing , and from studies and from what I’ve learned from you , I imagine their rituals are extremely beautiful with dance, ritual celebrations, places of worship that outsiders would find intriguing and perhaps confusing. I’m looking to you to bring us closer to understanding cultures that are unknown to us . Cultures that upon learning of them, in our ignorance, we may find strange and frightening. Thank you my dear friend. I’m so looking forward to your shining a light so that we may understand what seems so far away and obscure! 🤗

Well said Rene. I’m working on painting the picture from multiple views. This holistic approach to drilling down into who and what we really are may help some readers see in themselves the virtues that set us apart from the rest of the Animal kingdom. And we will examine the nature of humans that make us every bit an animal as a panther or primate.
