Renate’s rose-vine tattoo continues to provide clues and intuition about the island. Renate and David decide to go back to the hut and rest before heading to the cave the following day.

Renate and David discover a strange cave entrance. Renate feels it is wrong to enter and they turn back to the waterfall. Soon, David notices Renate’s rose vine birthmark appears to reawaken after years of dormancy.
