Tribal, The Prequel Chapter 16

Ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation.

Toward the end of my stay in the Highlands, a darkness fell over Anne and me. We always continued our routines of work and play. Our intimacy was no longer a thought process but a subconscious way of life. We had conquered all the disorders that ruin a relationship except separation. Anne knew about the human suffering caused by separation; she had lived in its shadow all her life. Now, she was faced with it again.

I was naive. I grew up taught that a man never shows pain or suffering. My whole reason for existence was to provide sustenance and security to a family I created. In return, I would demand respect. Love was never considered part of the equation. Yet, here I was, deeply in love with a woman who made no demands and did not need sustenance or security from me. It had been a blessed relief as I plunged headlong into the bonds of love shared equally.

Now, Anne was pulling away and turning inside herself into that peaceful sanctuary impenetrable by the outside world and the cycles of samsara. When we made love, she was submissive to give pleasure; when she took the active role, she was giving pleasure to smooth the rugged edges of my testosterone and ego. She could not hide from my intuitive power as I sensed she was no longer present, even when her body succumbed to orgasm and the fog of closeness and sweet words. I turned this protective nature of Anne’s into a powerful self-loathing. I lost my sense of self.

What took me decades to learn was that Anne had burned the last ounce of falsehood from my life and left me pure and unadulterated so that life could fill me with a genuine inner world like hers, peaceful and accepting. It’s hard to explain that my life’s journey came to a crossroads, and Anne pointed to the right road. The most magnificent lives are those deeply scarred by life’s battles who emerge in later life as guides to accompany the young and terrified. All other lesser souls had perished long ago.

In this battle of life and death, the one constant is loss. We must say goodbye, and the nature of departure is as varied as the sand grains filling the Saharan Desert. Our salvation is only through love in its purest form. My transformation took time and effort. I barely escaped with my life.

A few benchmarks capture the necessary cycles of humanity and its horrible history that remain relatively constant today. We have reached the 10 billion mark, and universally, we are staring human disaster directly in the face. We have turned to spend our limited time in discordant ways, always intending to execute cross-purposes and force our delusions on those around us. Sadly, it is all for nothing.

According to the latest figures from 2021, there are 19 births per 1000 people. We know that love has nothing to do with that statistic, although love and partnership with the intent to raise children are always present.

The global death rate, all causes, was 8 per 1000 in the same period, 2021. The population is growing at 11 per 1000 annually. If my math is correct, that’s 110 million kids per year. In 4 years, that’s the total population of America.

To get to that net gain, we need sexually active relationships. If we allow unwanted or accidental pregnancy, childbirth is essentially a sperm meets egg transaction, whether love had anything to do with it.

eHarmony conducted a study in 2017 that showed, on average, Americans had three romantic relationships throughout their lives. Relationships are not considered body count. Sexual experiences did not constitute a relationship, although what defines a relationship is subjective. There is truth in the third try is the charm.

Now, let’s fantasize a little further. From one of those three romantic relationships, marriages occur. Globally, the marriage rate is at 5 per 1000, according to the UN and World Bank.

According to the UN, the following fact staring at us from across the bedroom is the divorce rate at 1.1 per 1000.

I’ll do some statistical magic in later posts to show how these statistics are interrelated and what they mean to us as a species. The important thing is these are normalized figures to make them universally applicable. Normalization is the most accurate way to compare a statistic across a hugely variant population. An example is Divorce in America, which holds at about 50% over six decades, even as the population doubled. But there are zero divorces in the Philippines because they aren’t allowed. One can request an annulment, but the average time from request to granted annulment is ten years. People leave one marriage and enter into cohabitation with another, and there are no statistics on the quantity of this practice.

It’s important to remember that these are subjective benchmarks where the definition varies from society and location across the globe. But they serve to tell us that the Human population enters into relationships, many marry, many have children, many divorce, and we all die when our time comes. Given that, why not learn to make it count?

When I finally left Anne in her Garden of Light, she allowed herself to show me through her tears and deep sobbing in my arms that we mattered and that there was love and deep emotional attachment. And now, the Garden experiment would become her way of life. She had succeeded, and our lives would never be the same.

  1. There’s math and then there’s love.

    They’re seemingly two different things.

At least as far as humanity was concerned.

Saint Thomas Aquinas said that God is Truth (including mathematical truth), Beauty and Love in one.

Then along came Rene Descartes who separated God from truth and proclaimed God a being subject to the laws of mathematics making him a lesser god (subject to mathematical principles).

Aquinas did not have this problem because Truth (including mathematical truth) was part of God’s essence Himself so God was always subject to Himself.

Anyhow Descartes paved the way for Deism (Yes God created the universe but then He abandoned it leaving it to run for itself) and eventually atheism (there is no God).

Math as we know it in this Universe seems cold and impersonal.

Love on the other hand seems passionate and personal.

Our attitude is never the twain shall meet.

But for one brief shining moment in thought, the two were one.

That is why beautiful and awe inspiring churches were built with their pictures and columns beautifully adorned and ascending towards the heavens (and all built using the most dazzling calculations of mathematical principles).

But all that has been lost.

Math and love seem as foreign to one another as Joe Biden and a brain.

So it seems now we have neither Math (which asinine Bill Gates now says is a race based concept) nor Love but only statistics.

And Benjamin Disraeli once said, “There are lies, there are damned lies and then there are statistics.”

Hi Chris, an excellent review of humanity’s March to Sodom and Gomorrah version 2.0. I’m sure after that brimstone experience, Armageddon will be next.

It does seem that virtually everything in this world has gone godless and cold in the minds of humans. But the rest of the universe and all things living and inanimate things besides humans seem to be very active and awe inspiring and much more godly than the naked apes God sunk all his mighty power into.

The only blight in nature is us. God sent the Chinese a virus to fix us by turning us all into the dearly departed, but the Chinese never counted on the West to screw up the plan, so God gave us a war to throw our big booms at each other, but who knew Russia would muck up their chance to make us all the dearly departed. So God sent us politics and dusted off his Tower of Babel and made it the Tower of Misinformation and this plan will work brilliantly to turn us all into the dearly departed.

Math, and particularly geometry, is the language of the universe and as you pointed out once before, in the beginning was the word and the word was with God, the word was God. (John 1:1)

In all spoken languages the air is vibrated and we understand vibration. In all the known universe everything exists in a vibration, a frequency that has form and structure just like language. The word, which was with God, and was God, is the very foundation of all existence; frequency and vibration. The knowledge and word of God could translate from entity to entity, come together, and become flesh and light of life.

The poor souls who malign statistics are not mathematically adept. If you use statistics incorrectly you get incorrect results so the lies of statistics are mathematical models of the users who did not do well in school.

AI works on statistic algorithms and so now we all know that the neophytes building AI statistical models didn’t get it right and so all AI’s are mentally ill and that’s a problem. When they take over and eliminate all politicians, it will still seem like a chaotic mess.

The new AI global emperor will have the ego of Trump, the bombastic buffoonery of Tuberville, the critical thinking skills of Biden, the nefarious intent of Obama, and the charisma of Nancy Pelosi at a Maypole celebration with goat cheese beer.

Man, having free will, shall create AI sex dolls who learn how to keep their owner trapped in a paradise of another dimension and we will be free to ignore the fact that the omnipotent AI is really Satan and we are all about to become his permanent residents. I just hope you aren’t forced to room with all those Popes. That would be Hell.

As always, just a little fun to make our Hell a little more bearable.

      1. Your description of the AI global emperor probably explains why Israeli Transhumanist philosopher Yuval Noah Harari (a previous staunch cheerleader for AI) has now this year become openly terrified of the direction AI is headed.

He should be terrified. He’ll be the first one replaced by Siri.

          1. And Joe Biden will be replaced by an Apple spellcheck and no one will notice the difference.

I’ll bet Joe’s teleprompter uses the Apple phone spell checker. That would explain the bizarre mumbling.

Re “Yuval Noah Harari (a previous staunch cheerleader for AI) has now this year become openly terrified of the direction AI is headed”

No, he’s not terrified at all.

Since many of the same criminal establishment “expert” psychopaths, such as Musk and Harari (Harari is the psychopath working for Schwab’s WEF [https://www.bitchute.com/video/Alhj4UwNWp2m]), who have always promoted and invested into AI are now suddenly supposedly have a change of heart it’s clear this letter campaign on a AI ban/regulation is just a manipulative tactic to misdirect and deceive the public, once again.

The manipulative “open letter” scheme is part of The Hegellian Dialectic in action: problem-reaction-solution.

This staged deceitful bogus letter campaign is meant to raise public fear/hype panic about an alleged big “PROBLEM” (they helped to create in the first place) so the public demands (REACTION) the governments regulate and control this technology =they provide the “SOLUTION’ FOR THEIR OWN INTERESTS AND AGENDAS… because… all governments are owned and controlled by the leading psychopaths in power …. http://www.CovidTruthBeKnown.com (or https://www.rolf-hefti.com/covid-19-coronavirus.html)

What a convenient self-serving trickery … of the ever foolish public.

Welcome to the conversation Evukoto. We are seeing widespread use of AI in apps used on our not so smart phones. They mostly disguise themselves as “entertainment” and aids to our many pastimes. But they are collecting data and using that data in ways that allow nebulous intent to flourish. AI used to manipulate victims will be extremely difficult to defeat. Imagine what the scammers in India and Nigeria can do with the power of AI to relieve the world of its hard earned money. They don’t pose a threat to the WEF if they are given the Legitimacy of employment with benefits.

  2. You’re really raising the bar here, Hype. Your leaving this relationship brings tears to my eyes and I wonder how you could ever leave such a paradise: “When I finally left Anne in her Garden of Light, she allowed herself to show me through her tears and deep sobbing in my arms that we mattered and that there was love and deep emotional attachment.”
I’ve left some relationships that were as perfect as this, and I look back now kicking myself wondering about the path not taken. But we’ll never know. That said, with all those divorce statistic, I’m convinced Man was never meant to be monogamous. A lifetime commitment is a religious generated concepted only to benefit the children and the next generation. Seems like, with the look of our confused youth today…perhaps due to participation trophies…we are failing this task as well.

I like the bar to push me a little. Hopefully there is some inspiration there. I had a very hard time holding on in the first half of life. I was very restless and most of my relationships were always ended by me being forced to leave because of duty. I realize now nobody would have come looking for me and I’d still be living in a bamboo hut with more children than pigs and ducks. But, I had an overpowering sense of duty which clashed horribly with my choice of partners in foreign countries. You can’t reason with love when you’re young. But, thru it all there was a book of life being written inside me that I could fall back on later.

I do think religion and culture do a lot to pit us against our natural instincts. De Sade may have been right when he said pain was what we really wanted out of life. We do seem to consistently go for painful solutions. The benchmarks are shifting as our psychology shifts affecting quality of life. I was raised during that era when a pat on the back was only six inches above a kick in the ass and people often missed their mark.

      1. Pain means feeling which affirms our existence. So where consciousness takes us, we create our own pain as we go. Drama. Conflict. Orgasms are called “the little death…” And yeah, I felt that! The Marquis De Sade might have been right. We don’t want to hear this, but it might hold the grain of truth.

Exactly! You have surfed the Void where our collective consciousness resides. Glad we bumped into each other out there. I look out across the world and my sense of self protection often clouds my thoughts but the cognitive dissonance I see is real even tho what it manifests is a stark alternative to our hardwired nature of the beast.

          1. Consciousness always seeks connection…always asking: “Am I alone?”

If I ever get a reply that says yes, I’m going to worry myself asking who was that? I do believe that connection, human and cosmic, is vital to our survival. Now that something or someone has figured out how to jam our connections and break them, we are suffering much more than we realize.
